Autobahn Country Club was a Tremendous Success!

On October 1, 2024, students learned about a variety of professions within the automotive industry

Lisa Weinberger, founder of Driven to Care, shared technical and non-technical opportunities in the automotive community. Ben with Autobahn Country Club talked about track operations and support services. Team Stradale, race consultants, talked about job opportunities that exist in their company, which include experienced drivers, coaches, engineers, and technicians.

Following laps on the track, our featured speaker, Bobby Rahal, team owner, former Indy race car driver and winner, vintage car collector, and Founder & Chairman of the Bobby Rahal Automotive Group shared his remarkable journey, leaving students energized and inspired by the endless possibilities in the automotive world. Representatives from local high schools, technical schools, colleges & universities shared information about their programs and the various paths students may take.

One teacher beautifully summed it up: "Our students left with a renewed sense of passion and direction. One student even shared he was switching career paths within the automotive industry after the event – a true testament to the impact this experience had."
